Kitcheneez™ Beef Stroganoff Skillet Meal with Pasta Included is seed free and dairy free.

Ingredients needed for a full batch:

• 1 to 2 pounds ground beef, chicken or turkey
• 2 onions chopped
• 2 seasoning packets (included)
• Bag of pasta (included)
• Two 4 ounce cans mushrooms or 8 to 12 ounces fresh mushrooms
• 4 cups water
• 4 ounces cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sour cream

A full batch will feed 4 to 6 people; instructions are included on the package for a smaller batch for 1 to 3 people.
