Carolina Cooker® 24" Steel Discada, BBQ Disc Blade Wok

Ideal for outside cooking on fires and burners, the contour of the disc blade wok provides you with many cooking possibilities. This Carolina Cooker ® BBQ disc blade can be used over a burner for cooking fajitas, stir-fry, frying fish and more. The discada measures 24 inches in diameter, is 4 mm thick, and the center of the skillet is 4-1/2 inches deep. The steel construction is a good conductor of heat and works well over our Carolina Cooker® burner stands. This discada does not comes seasoned, but after a thorough cleaning, the wok can be seasoned with lard or as you would season any cast iron pan.
