Hoist game up to eye level for ease of skinning and processing. Overall, the width of this game gambrel is 28-1/2 inches, and the spreader bar measures 26 inches. This bar keeps the legs separated for better airflow during curing. The height measures 9 inches with a top hook designed for a rope attachment when hanging this gambrel. The steel construction is 1/2 inch thick, which holds and supports up to a 1,200 lb weight capacity. Commonly used for deer and elk, but it may hold other medium to large sized game. This deer gambrel is powder coated to help protect it from harsh weather conditions.
