Gearbox RW-260, Smooth 1-1/4 Input Shaft

Gearboxes help a post hole digger's performance by administering a transfer of speed and torque through their internal gear rotation. This gearbox can operate at a horsepower range of 30 to 45. This post hole digger gearbox has a 1-1/4 in. input shaft that is smooth, and a 2-inch smooth output shaft. It has a beveled gear and a gear ratio of 2.92:1. The durable housing is constructed from ductile iron. This gearbox works on very many brand posthole diggers on the market today and from years past.

• To properly fill with oil, take the 1/4 inch plug out of the rear of the gearbox and pour oil through top plug until it starts running out of the 1/4 inch plug, then replace plug and tighten snugly.
