This 1/2" x 3-1/2" long bolt with nut is used for a shear bolt in a PTO shaft with a smooth bore. This bolt is a hex head grade 2 bolt that is zinc plated. It's always good to keep a few extras in your toolbox!
High quality bolt! I purchased 6 of these for my new rotary cutter. Itβs a 4 foot model Andy 400 made by Lowery Manufacturing. This shear bolt is an exact replacement for my rotary cutter. It fits on the implement end of 1 3/8β smooth bore PTO drivelines.
The only thing negative is I wish the bolt and nut came with a lock washer.
