Soft China Steel
This shopper rated the product 2 out of 5 stars

This is a good blade for grading soft to medium soils avoid any small roots and it will last a long time. After the main holding bolt snapped I noted that I never used the tilt feature and welded it permanently on. The swivel is obviously useful. For more than casual usage a more sturdy product would be worth investing in.
