Pressure Relief Plug for RW Gearboxes

Compatible with all RW gearboxes, this pressure relief vent is a universal replacement part. If the pressure of a gearbox rises above the designed limit during an operation, the unit will allow pressure to vent out to prevent a build-up. The vent is located above the hex mid-section, and after the pressure is relieved, the gearbox can continue working without interruption. Pressure relief plugs also allow unwanted or harmful substances such as debris to flush out of the housing. This pressure relief plug is constructed from brass.
