FT Fullfillment Warehouse Manager

Directly supervises 35 to 40 employees in the Mail Order Center. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaint, resolving problems and termination decisions. Responsible for the Customer Care Center which is supervised by the CCC Manager. Reviews bills of lading for incoming merchandise and customer orders in order to plan work activities. Assigns workers to specific duties, such as verifying amounts of and storing incoming merchandise and assembling customer orders for delivery. Coordinates activities of distribution warehouse with activities of sales, record control, and purchasing departments to ensure availability of merchandise.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills: Experience with distribution and inventory processes. Knowledge of farm implementation equipment, parts and supplies either by educational program or practical use, to assist in locating and identifying inventory.

Seasonal Puller/Packer 3 S Order Selectors, 3 S Order Packers

Uses invoices to pull orders in order date sequence. Checks items against invoice description to verify item and count. Packs orders while checking against invoice to insure against damage. Manifests orders using UPS software. Creates labels, call tags for customer returns.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED and one to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

FT S/R Clerk (MOC)

Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Logs in all shipments received. Prepares motor freight shipments including freight bills. Restocks shelves, cleans, sweeps, bales cardboard, and replaces damaged pallet racking. Occasionally performs pull/pack duties.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED and three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
