FT Accounting Clerk

Assists the Accounting department by filing various accounts payable documents. Prepares checks and accounts receivable statements for mailing. Assists Accounts Payable clerks with basic domestic payables. Serves as the primary Accounting backup for the Receptionist and helps with mail pick up from the post office and making bank deposits. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

FT Marketing Director

Responsible for understanding the business goals and then bringing together the marketing team to create an integrated marketing plan for consumers to interact with company brands and products and drive traffic across all channels. This includes partnering with other departments to identify key business opportunities and develop the marketing plan including all aspects of marketing communication such as advertising, retail, direct marketing, ecommerce and social media, through their respective mix of tactics, methods, channels, media, and activities, so that all work together as a unified force.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in business, marketing communications or other relevant field of study; and 10+ years related experience including 3+ years demonstrated leadership. Position requires some travel (up to 25%).

FT Management Trainee

Gains knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions under direction of experienced personnel. Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as credit, customer relations, accounting and sales to become familiar with line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, company policies and practices. Receives training in functions and operations of related departments to facilities subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities. Attends company sponsored training classes.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or two to four years related job experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer person with agricultural background either through educational program or practical experience. Applicant must train in Garner, NC and then relocate within the Southeast. Internal applicants must be in good standing within the company. Must have at minimum a satisfactory performance review record, attendance record and a positive attitude.

FT Purchasing Category Buyer

Responsible for inventory planning and analysis, purchase order (“PO”) creation, and supplier database information integrity. Reviews and analyzes inventory report(s) to insure sufficient inventory coverage is proactively planned and, purchase orders initiated in order to maximize top line revenues, minimize stock-outs, and match seasonal business trends. Responsible for understanding seasonality requirements, replenishment activities, and has primary ownership and accountability for decisions impacting inventory investment and availability.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

FT Product Compliance Specialist

Ensures timely and thorough evaluation of all products with respect to regulatory compliance. Additionally, works with external vendors and manufacturers of products sourced by the Company to ensure all policies and processes related to regulatory compliance, packaging, and labeling are incompliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Assists in developing and maintaining systems to review approve and archive all product labeling and packaging requirements.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and 2-4 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
