FT International Purchasing Assistant

Assumes responsibility for detailed international purchasing records. Processes international purchasing purchase orders including creation, submission, and contact with international vendors to ensure quickest delivery. Reviews proforma invoices and order confirmation submitted by international vendors and North State International Trading Company to confirm correct pricing and quantity ordered. Works with accounting department to resolve payment issues with international vendors and North State International Trading Company.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

FT Management Trainee

Gains knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions under direction of experienced personnel. Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as credit, customer relations, accounting and sales to become familiar with line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, company policies and practices. Receives training in functions and operations of related departments to facilities subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities. Attends company sponsored training classes.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or two to four years related job experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer person with agricultural background either through educational program or practical experience. Applicant must train in Garner, NC and then relocate within the Southeast. Internal applicants must be in good standing within the company. Must have at minimum a satisfactory performance review record, attendance record and a positive attitude.
