FT CSR Support (CCC)

Processes orders with backorders for filling by other stores or with transfers. Follows up on backorders and communicates with stores and other CSR's as necessary to assure orders are shipped in a timely manner. Performs other CSR functions and duties as instructed by management. Hours: 9am-6pm

FT Night CSR

Solicits orders for products over the telephone and via facsimile. Talks with customers by phone and receives orders for product. Receives orders for merchandise from company retail stores. Explains products to prospective customers, answers questions regarding products and offers expert advice and technical instruction as needed. Performs other functions as instructed by management. This individual will be granted supervisory responsibilities while also managing day to day CSR activities. Hours: 1pm-10pm
