Customer Care Center Career Opportunities


Talks with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, takes or enters orders, cancels accounts, or obtains details of complaints. Receives orders for merchandise from company retail stores. Explains products to prospective customers, answers questions regarding products and offers expert advice and technical instruction as needed. Performs other functions as instructed by management.

Hours: 10:00am-7:00pm, Monday through Friday with some Saturdays

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education. Computer experience required.
