Product Overview

Used for boiling or frying foods, this 40 gallon cast iron stew pot by Carolina Cooker® allows heat to stay well retained throughout the cooking process. Heat is also distributed evenly to cook all food consistently and keep it hot. It measures 35 inches in diameter and 23 inches tall. Included is a stand that features three angled legs, each measuring 19-1/2 inches long for stabilizing this large stew pot. A great piece of equipment to have for large events with outdoor cooking such as jambalaya. This cast iron cooking cauldron does not come seasoned, but when maintained properly, cast iron can last a lifetime.
