Product Overview
With a 75 gallon capacity, this large cast iron pot by Carolina Cooker® is the ultimate outdoor cooking appliance. Used for boiling or frying foods, the cast iron construction allows heat to stay well retained throughout the cooking process. Heat is also distributed evenly to cook all food consistently and keep it hot. It measures 39-1/2 inches in diameter and 25 inches deep. Included is a stand that features three angled legs, each measuring 19-1/2 inches long for stabilizing this large stew pot. This cast iron cooking cauldron does not come seasoned, but when maintained properly, cast iron can last a lifetime.
